Pancake Mix

I don’t know about you, but we tend to have an issue with pancakes that turn out a bit like biscuits.  Gluten free mixes can be way too thick, and we play around with the recipe every time we make them! Well something finally stuck, we’ve come up with a blend that actually has the consistency of regular pancakes!! Here you go:

1/4 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
1/4 cup Millet Flour
1/4 cup Sorgham Flour
1/4 cup GF All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Milk (we used almond milk)
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Oil
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Pinch of Kosher Salt
